  1. 1999

    Beecher & Reagan Enter Executive Search

    Clark Beecher and Tim Reagan independently begin their careers in executive recruiting, both focusing on consulting, professional services, and technology services — building the sector knowledge and relationships that would eventually form the foundation of Beecher Reagan Advisors.

  2. 1999–2001

    McKinsey: Operations Excellence & Business Technology Office

    Beecher & Reagan help McKinsey recruit the first external partner-level talent to build its Operations Excellence and Business Technology practices — marking the beginning of McKinsey's transformation from a pure strategy firm into the $17B diversified firm it is today.

  3. 2002

    AlixPartners: First PE-Backed Client

    Beecher & Reagan begin one of their most consequential client relationships, helping AlixPartners expand from restructuring into operations consulting. Over the following decade they place 50+ Managing Directors — including Fred Crawford, who later became CEO — as AlixPartners grows from $250M to $3B+.

  4. 2005

    BCG: Operations & Technology Build-Out

    BCG engages Beecher & Reagan to run the same capability-building playbook, building out operations and technology practices at the partner level. BCG grows from approximately $1B to $14B+ over the following two decades.

  5. 2009

    Beecher Reagan Advisors Founded

    After a decade of working in parallel across the same markets and clients, Clark Beecher and Tim Reagan formally co-found Beecher Reagan Advisors — institutionalizing their combined expertise in executive search across private equity, consulting, professional services, and technology services.

  6. 2012

    Accenture: Strategy Rebuild & Reinvention Council

    Beecher Reagan begins a long-term relationship with Accenture to rebuild its strategy practice, placing 50+ Managing Directors across industries and geographies. The relationship culminates in the Reinvention Council — a go-to-market redesign that helps grow the share of clients buying multiple Accenture services from 20% to 30% within two years.

  7. 2019

    Verity Leadership Assessment Created

    Developed in partnership with Hogan Assessment Systems and grounded in data from 18,000+ Partners and Managing Directors, the Verity Leadership Assessment℠ is the only assessment built specifically to identify the drivers of success for leaders in professional services.

  8. 2020

    Altamont Capital Portfolio Company Build Out

    Altamont Capital engages Beecher Reagan on one of its portfolio companies, Cornerstone Research. Beecher Reagan places key leaders — including a Chief Transformation and Growth Officer — and adds board-level talent to drive organic growth. The business grows from $50M to $150M in revenue without a single acquisition, ultimately exiting at $500M.

  9. 2020

    Dawson Group Acquired

    Clark and Ashley Beecher acquire The Dawson Group, a collection of local restaurants in Seaside, FL — an early proof of the ownership philosophy that would shape BRC: identify businesses with strong roots, bring committed ownership, and grow them thoughtfully. The investment has returned 41% cash on cash year over year. By 2025 the portfolio had expanded to six locations along the 30A corridor.

  10. 2021

    Kinavic Leadership Acceleration Founded

    Kinavic is established as a dedicated leadership development platform, formalizing two decades of leadership-building work across the ecosystem and activating the Verity Leadership Assessment as its engine for identifying and developing high-performing leaders.

  11. 2024

    80% of Clients Are Investor-Backed

    By 2024, the majority of Beecher Reagan Advisors' client base is private equity-backed — reflecting 25 years of deliberate focus on the intersection of professional services and institutional capital. That network, and a deep understanding of what investors need from a management team, is now a core part of what BRC brings to every investment.

  12. 2025

    Beecher Reagan Capital Founded

    The investment arm of the Beecher Reagan ecosystem is formally launched — deploying growth capital in people-led businesses across consulting, professional services, and technology services, backed by 30 years of executive search expertise and the Kinavic leadership platform.

Beecher Reagan Advisors has spent its history recruiting, assessing, and developing executives for private-equity-backed professional services companies. Through years of work alongside PE funds and their portfolio companies, the platform has become one of the deepest networks in the sector.

Kinavic Leadership Acceleration extended that work into active leadership development — building, coaching, and accelerating management teams from inside the companies themselves.
