Tim Reagan

Tim Reagan is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Beecher Reagan. Tim leads the Private Equity Practice and has completed numerous searches including Operating Partner roles for PE firms and hedge funds, and has helped their portfolio companies hire transformational leaders to drive value creation plans across all of the key value levers.

Tim has expertise across Operations, Enterprise Transformation, Commercial Excellence, Digital Transformation, Turnaround and Restructuring, Finance, Strategy, and Human Capital leadership roles.

Prior to Beecher Reagan, Tim was a Director at Magellan International, an executive search leader in the professional services space. He began his career in executive search at one of the top boutique-sized executive search firms in Washington D.C., where he served Fortune 500 companies and professional services firms. He entered the executive search space after working for Senator Grassley in the U.S. Senate.

Tim holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Radford University.

In his free time, Tim enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with his family in the great outdoors — whether fishing, playing sports, or camping.
