A quick reference on how BRC invests, how the broader Beecher Reagan ecosystem fits together, and how to get in touch.
About the firm
What is Beecher Reagan Capital?
Beecher Reagan Capital (BRC) is a private equity firm that invests in people-led businesses across consulting, professional services, and technology services. BRC is the investment arm of the Beecher Reagan ecosystem, which has spent more than 30 years recruiting, assessing, and developing executives for private-equity-backed professional services companies.
When was Beecher Reagan Capital founded, and by whom?
Beecher Reagan Capital was founded in 2025 by Clark Beecher, the founding architect of the broader Beecher Reagan ecosystem. Clark also co-founded Beecher Reagan Advisors in 2009 with Tim Reagan after a decade of independently running parallel executive search practices in consulting, professional services, and technology services.
How is BRC different from other private equity firms?
Most PE firms hire executive search firms after they invest. BRC is the investment arm of an ecosystem that has spent more than 30 years inside the same businesses it now backs — recruiting, assessing, and developing the leaders who run them. That gives BRC a deep network, sector pattern recognition, and a leadership platform (Kinavic) most investors do not have access to.
Where is Beecher Reagan Capital headquartered?
Beecher Reagan Capital is headquartered in Houston, TX at 801 Travis Street, Suite 1600.

BRC focuses on growth-stage, founder- and management-led businesses where the value of the company is primarily driven by the quality of its people. The firm prioritizes companies with strong leadership, durable client relationships, and clear paths to scale.

It is the only assessment built specifically to identify the drivers of success for leaders in professional services, and it powers Kinavic's leadership development work and BRC's diligence on management teams.
